1) Are you giving your services in our city?
Ans: we are presently serving in Noida and Patna. If you belong to this city just enter your pin code and start shopping.
2) What is the expected delivery time?
Ans: Usually you will get your delivery in just 3 hours but if order is placed at night, it will be delivered tomorrow morning.
3) How much is the delivery charge?
Ans: There is no delivery charge on shopping above Rs 99, otherwise there is a nominal delivery charge of Rs 25.
4) Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Ans: Yes, you can return any article to our delivery boy at the time of delivery.
5) Incase, if any article is rotten from inside but not outside and I discovered it only after the delivery can I return the product or get any refund for that?
Ans: Yes, in that case you can contact us for refund/return within 24 hours of delivery.
6) Is there any customer care executive to listen to our grievances?
Ans: Yes, we have 24*7 customer support service for our consumers.
7) Do you have any membership plans?

Ans: Yes, you get same day harvested fruits and vegetables on Khalihaan.
10) Will I get my refund in my bank account?
Ans: That is solely your discretion. We provide 2 options: wallet or bank account. Wallet refund is quicker as compared to bank account.
